Savor the Avenue

Delray Beach is home to the much anticipated Savor the Avenue culinary event.  Last year there were 1,001 dining guests and many thousand spectators onlooking from the sidewalks and street.  The event raised $3,110 last year for Healthier Delray Beach and their campaign "Stock Our Schools" .  The Stock Our Schools campaign provides resources for classrooms that support social and emotional health of students.  This year's charity beneficiary is Community Greening.  Community Greening is a collective effort that works with local residents and organizations to improve the environment for people and nature by planting trees and transforming urban green spaces.

Free or Cheap Holiday Festivities in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach - a guide to tree lightings, street parades, boat parades and more!

November 23rd, 2019 - The City of Boca Raton and Mizner Park team up for the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony.  This years event is Saturday, November 23rd from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.  The ceremony is held at Mizner Park Amphitheater, 590 Plaza Real.  There will be free carnival rides, an artificial ice rink, holiday bounce houses, Santa's Circus Variety Show, Carolers, stilt walkers, aerial performances, letter to Santa station, and photos with Santa ($5/photo).  Carnival food will be available for purchase.  The city's Holiday Tree Lighting illuminates simultaneously with Mizner Park's tree

Happy Halloween

Delray Beach Halloween Festivities has been expanded to include more merchants this year.  Please take note of new locations for some events / meeting locations.  The 57th annual event is brought to you by the Downtown Development Authority and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.  

  • Trick-or-Treating on the Avenue will take place from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM.  Merchants from NW 5th Ave in The Set all the way down to the Intracoastal Bridge will be handing out goodies for the trick-or-treaters.  Trick-or-Treating on the Avenue is brought to you by the Downtown Development Authority and the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency.
