New Construction Real Estate

Purchasing a new construction home can be a very complicated process.  Don't give up your right to be represented by a licensed real estate agent of your choosing.  Many people assume that they will get the best deal by working directly with the builder's agent, however, this may not be the case.  Builder Agents work directly for the builder and therefore put the builder's best interests first.  The builder's agents are eager and ready to assist buyers, however, they do not represent the buyer in the transaction.  Having a Realtor on your side gives you that extra support that you may need while dealing with the sales staff and any bumps in the road that might come up during the buying process.  If you seek peace of mind about your decision to buy new

The Winter GreenMarket officially ended another successful season on May 18th, 2019.  The Winter GreenMarket featured 65 + premier farmers and artisans this past season.  Snowbirds, vacationers, and year round residents enjoyed farm-fresh produce, citrus, eggs, raw milk and butter as well as 100% grass-fed and finished Florida beef, poultry, pork and lamb.  We also enjoyed artisan baked goods and hand-made items all season long.  Going to the Winter GreenMarket which is just a half block north of Atlantic Avenue has become a Saturday morning tradition for many people.  The nostalgia of going to the open air marketplace to purchase your provisions for the week is reminiscent of bygone years.  The
