Construction activities for Delray Beach Market are underway. The 4-story building will be built on the corner of SE 3rd Ave and SE 1st St, which is just off Atlantic Avenue in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. The site of the food hall is centrally located in the Village by the Sea with the beach just a half mile to the East and I-95 a mile to the West. The architecturally significant mixed-use building plan will be 150,000 TSF and will include multiple outdoor spaces at ground level and mezzanine level. The food hall will be roughly 60,000 SF with 35 individually selected best-in-class chefs, operators, independent, and artisanal vendors offering local, authentic, and healthy food options. The new food hall will have a 4-level state-of-the-art enclosed parking garage to accommodate 220 vehicles and a designated Uber/Lyft drop-off area.
