The Winter GreenMarket officially ended another successful season on May 18th, 2019.  The Winter GreenMarket featured 65 + premier farmers and artisans this past season.  Snowbirds, vacationers, and year round residents enjoyed farm-fresh produce, citrus, eggs, raw milk and butter as well as 100% grass-fed and finished Florida beef, poultry, pork and lamb.  We also enjoyed artisan baked goods and hand-made items all season long.  Going to the Winter GreenMarket which is just a half block north of Atlantic Avenue has become a Saturday morning tradition for many people.  The nostalgia of going to the open air marketplace to purchase your provisions for the week is reminiscent of bygone years.  The Winter GreenMarket is charming and many people will attest that it is a "must do" during season.  When you step into the marketplace, you immediately feel the pride that all of the vendors exude about their products that are available for purchase.  Many people enjoy bringing their dog to the market during the cooler winter months plus you will more than likely run in to a friend or two or make new friends.

Thank goodness the Summer GreenMarket is opening Saturday, June 1, 2019 for those of us that are here during this time of year.  While it may be too hot to bring your favorite furry friend - the Summer GreenMarket is still the place to run into your old friends or make new ones.  This year will be the 5th Annual Summer GreenMarket.  There will be 30+ premier farmers and artisans at the Summer GreenMarket every Saturday in June and July from 9 am to noon.  You will recognize many of the vendors from the Winter Green Market and I'm sure that they will recognize you too if you frequented the Winter GreenMarket during season.  Because the Summer GreenMarket is a smaller scale of the Winter GreenMarket - it is at a different location.  The Summer GreenMarket is  located at the Delray Beach Tennis Center at 150 W. Atlantic Avenue.  Free parking is available in the Monterey House parking lot which is located behind Dunkin Donuts on NW 1st Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.  Let's show our support of the vendors that continue to provide their provisions throughout the summer months.

While you are at the Summer GreenMarket, make sure to get there early so you can attend the free Yoga class with Casa Mannabliss.  The Yoga class is held from 9 am to 10 am on the east side of the market.  If you enjoy the yoga class and instructor, please check out their website at to learn more about their unique cooperative space.  Classes at Casa Mannabliss include yoga, meditation, tai chi, children's earth yoga, sound, and breathwork.  There is also a beautiful community garden for you to enjoy and a retail store with items that will nourish your body, mind and spirit.  The cooperative space brings together business people and teachers to provide a conscious living center which helps educate communities on conscious and sacred living practices.  Namaste.
