Flavor Palm Beach Month Kicks Off with Can’t-Miss Deals

Posted by Jeremy Olsher on Friday, September 2nd, 2016 at 1:16pm.

Before you get ready for the upcoming fall and forget all about summer, know one thing: summer doesn’t officially end until Wednesday, September 21st at midnight. You know what that means? That means there’s still plenty of time to grab some of the coolest dining deals, thanks to Flavor Palm Beach Restaurant Month in Palm Beach County!

As tradition would have it, those can’t-miss deals are already in full swing, thanks to Flavor Palm Beach.

Flavor Palm Beach Restaurant Month is a month-long discount campaign that offers tourists and residents of Palm Beach County the chance to dine at some of Palm Beach County’s top restaurants at a very affordable price.

During the month of September, local foodies and visitors of Palm Beach have the opportunity to explore and enjoy an array of delicious three-course meals from some of the area’s best restaurants, meals that normally cost a lot more. This is the best time to visit the area’s hottest restaurants, especially if you’ve always wanted to check them out and never had the chance.

Flavor Palm Beach gives you the unbeatable opportunity to enjoy prix fixe lunches for just $20 and dinners for just $30 to $45 at some of the area’s hottest restaurants. Prices are per person and exclude drinks, taxes, and gratitude. There are currently more than 50 local restaurants that have enrolled with Flavor Palm Beach month this year. And while most restaurants are from the Palm Beach area, there are other South Florida restaurants participating as well—from Boca Raton all the way to Tequesta.

Great Deals at Top Steakhouses

If you’re a steakhouse fan—like I am—then Flavor gives you the opportunity to dine at some of the best steakhouses for a great price. Truth be told, The Capital Grille menu is too good to skip this year. For just $20, you can get a three-course meal. That’s an unbeatable option that includes four tempting entrée choices, a side wedge salad or bacon clam chowder, and two sweet options for dessert. Now that is a phenomenal lunch! For dinner, you get an appetizer, a mouthwatering filet mignon or New York strip, and a decadent dessert—all for just $35.

There are many more steakhouses participating at Flavor this year, including Ruth’s Chris, Morton’s, and III Forks.

Top Picks We Just Can’t Get Enough of

  • Looking at the price, some of the special prix fixe menus are very enticing. For example, if you take a look at Seasons 52, The Flavor lunch is only $20 and dinner just $35. Dinner includes four courses… You heard that right! You get starter flatbread, a delicious salad, a choice of five tantalizing entrees, and a decadent dessert. For the wine lovers out there, you’ll want to take advantage of the upgrade which allows you to indulge in $12+ glasses of wine for just $7.
  • For $25, you get a three-course lunch at the popular Café Boulud Palm Beach, which is a great price for this excellent café. One possible combination would be a delicious tomato gazpacho with olive oil, Boulud’s juicy Piggie Burger and a delicious bread pudding for dessert. You can get the Café’s lunch specials Monday through Friday.
  • For $20, you can opt for lunch at Leopard Lounge in Palm Beach. And you better believe you’re in for a delicious treat. One possible combination would be to start with a fresh baby green salad with pears, goat cheese, pistachios and a light vinaigrette. This fresh salad sets the tone for a delicious chicken schnitzel and French fries. The grand finale is a decadent chocolate Belgium cake that will leave you speechless. The lounge serves a different prix fixe dinner menu for $45.
