VIP GRAND OPENING GUIDELINES

Participation guidelines at Polo Trace VIP lot selection.  

Participation in the Lakes at Polo Trace VIP Lot Selection Drawing is being held Friday, March 1, 2019 at 11:30 AM at the Lakes at Polo Trace sales office located at 13299 Hagen Ranch Road, Delray Beach, FL 33446.  General sales and product information is available from the sales office on Saturday, March 2, 2019.  The model homes are open to the public starting Saturday, March 2, 2019.   

  • Priority order for buyers to reserve a lot and home is established by a random lot selection drawing.  The random lot selection drawing begins at 11:30 AM on Friday, March 1, 2019.  Registration to participate in the random lot selection begins at 9:30 AM at the sales office.  Model homes will be open for viewing for those buyers that register for the lot selection drawing. 
  • In order to register, you will need to provide a reservation deposit check in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) made payable to "Lakes at Polo Trace".  The check must be from an account in the actual name of the buyer reserving a lot.  Third party checks (including trust checks, company checks, in-trust for or other non-personal checks) and credit card checks will not be accepted.  Should you not reserve a lot or do not enter into a contract for purchase, the reservation deposit will be fully refundable.  During registration, you will be required to complete a Buyer Registration Form, Reservation Deposit Form, Disclosure Summary, and a Receipt for Documents. 
  • The lot selection drawing commences at 11:30 AM immediately following the VIP lot selection registration process.  The lot selection drawing establishes the priority order for buyers to reserve a lot and new home in Lakes at Polo Trace.  A random drawing of names will take place from all potential buyers who properly and timely registered according to the guidelines previously described.  Once your name is announced, you will proceed to a sales representative to make your selection of an available lot and home once your reservation documents and $5,000 reservation deposit are accepted by the sales representative.
  • If you elect to have a representative attend in your absence, you must complete and execute the reservation documents for the representative to deliver to the Lot Selection Drawing along with your $5,000 reservation deposit check.  Please note that Broker's may act as your lot selection representative, however, a broker may only act as a lot selection representative for one customer at the Grand Opening.  
  • Lot drawing spots are not transferable and only one lot drawing spot will be given per immediate family.  If it becomes known that any person or immediate family received more than one number for the drawing, their reservation will be cancelled.
  • Once you reserve a home and lot, you have three (3) days to enter into a Purchase Contract for the purchase of the home and lot. A deposit of ten percent (10%) of the total purchase price (base house price plus lot premium) less the $5,000 reservation deposit, will be required to be paid at the time of execution of the Purchase Contract. Additional monies for upgrades are payable at the time of selection of options and upgrades in accordance with the Purchase Contract.
  • If you are working with a Broker, the broker must be present with you at the time of your lot selection and must complete a Broker Registration Form. 
  • No Investor Policy - buyers may only purchase one (1) lot in Lakes at Polo Trace and you must intend to purchase the lot and home as your primary residence in Florida.
