Perhaps you've always wanted to live in a high rise condo on the beach or intra-coastal so you can enjoy million-dollar panoramic views. With all the new construction in Delray Beach, you might have heard that the maximum overall building height is 38 feet not exceeding three stories within the Atlantic Ave area. Outside of the Atlantic Ave limited height area, the maximum overall building height is 54 feet not exceeding four stories. The maximum overall building height is defined in the Delray Beach Land Development Regulations section 4.4.13. If you're in the market for a condo with a scenic view, don't fret. There are high rise condo buildings in Delray Beach that are grandfathered under previous building regulations.
